Problems exist only in the middle east, not in the US
Under Secretary of State Karen Hughes was on Hardball with Chris Matthews this week, and she basically pointed out that problems of terrorism exist in the middle east only, not in the US; US is a victim, but US did not cause to create or directly create those problems. She is not the only person who draws a clear line between the US and the middle east and insists that problems exist only on one side but not on the other side. This sounds cliché, but this kind of approach will not solve any problem. Problems exist on both sides, and both sides need to work together to solve existing problems.
